Not the place for conservations, it is very loud, crowded and full of college kids. The prices are high for what you get- I was still hungry after ordering a Black & Bleu Burger, which tasted pretty good!, but even with fries it's not a large portion of food. Everyone else ordered wings and said they were nothing special. I've eaten here on several occasions at different times of the day (not my choice- someone else's turn to pick) and the service is always slow. I wouldn't attempt to eat here on a lunch break.

I wish I had better things to say about this place. I have been here a couple times hoping things would get better, but they haven't. This evenings visit was a challenge from the get go. Friends and I ordered a appetizer and when it was brought out it was wrong. Rather than immediately correcting the waitress checked our ticket to ensure we had ordered correctly. Apparently wait staff was changing over and they were all meandering around and hanging out, which resulted in lack of service. Our waitress had to be constantly reminded to bring things we had already asked for. When the main course was delivered some parts of the order where still wrong. The facilities were not as clean as they could be and the shift manager seemed more concerned with the college staff then actually checking up on customers and running the kitchen correctly. The table behind us even complained of the very things we did. Take your business elsewhere. Quaker Steak and Lube has far better service. I won't return. The one star reflects the minimum I can give.

On my most recent visit I found the service to be slower, not as accurate, and inadequate. While our orders were not wrong, they were sold out of the new flavors already and forgot to give us flatware when we were seated. Our waiter took what seemed like forever and taking our orders after we gave him our drink selection and appetizer order. Otherwise, the food was delicious as normal, and I plan on making return visits.

Walked right up to the bar and sat down. The bartender was not 5 seconds at my spot and welcomed me to the bar. Told me all the specials and beer drink specials. He even gave me the option of ordering as many happy hour drinks as I wanted before happy hour ended. I was nice and just ordered 2 drinks. He was very attentive and took Great care of all the people at the bar. I would definitely go back to this place.

Avoid like the plague....slow service and probably the worst BWW food I've had of any location I've been too. Definitely won't be returning.

No surprises here. This is a consistent chain, and the Lake Charles location seems to be at the same level as any other. Tasty hot wings and disappointing beer selections full of Bud light and fake "craft" stuff like Blue Moon.

Horrible service. They don't clean the tables with any speed which makes the wait longer. I asked them 3 times to change one of the tvs to root sports and they wouldn't. They assured me they would but never did. Very disappointed.

Buffalo Wild Wings is well-known for their nice selection of hot and barbecue sauces, from sweet to "Blazin'." If you're ordering regular wings or boneless you get to choose your own sauce from the array. Aside from the standard wings and tenders, BWW also offers burgers, salads, ribs, wraps, desserts and a kids menu. Four side dishes are offered: french fries, onions rings, buffalo chips (potato slices), and potato wedges. Both the buffalo chips and potato wedges tend to get soggy and the french fries, especially in a take-out container, go limp very quickly. That being said....the french fries are pretty good when ordering in. The best thing I can say about the chips and salsa appetizer is that it's not poisonous; I think it's just Pace Picante sauce with stale chips. I recently had the "Big Jack Daddy Burger" and was not disappointed. One of the best burgers I've had in recent memory. Hickory smoked pulled pork, fried onion rings, cheddar jack cheese, and honey BBQ sauce...all on top of their already good burger. Nothing short of spectacular for a burger and BBQ guy like me. The pulled pork sliders are good also, you can pick your choice of sauce to add to them also. I little more expensive than your typical sports bar restaurant, but nice for an every-now-and-then thing. I guess it averages about $10-15 per person and about $7 for kids to dine. I have no idea about the bar prices and specials. Wings specials on Tuesday s and boneless wing specials on Thursdays. Wednesdays are great for kids, as they take a break from the whole sports thing and play more kid appropriate material on their TV's.

I love this place for sporting events. They don't take reservation for LSU football games but they do for the SuperBowl so be warned. The wings are tasty and during a big game this is the place to be. However, each time I've gone my team has lost.... so I may need to stop coming for big games.

This place is a mixed bag. It's a chain, so that being said, it already leaves a bad taste. It's in Lake Charles though and options are slim. One of the few places with a great beer menu. The food menu is something to be desired. I've never been a fan of Buffalo Wing places due to the food, but this place is the one of the better ones. Decent service here too. If you want good beer and don't care about much else, this is a good option for Lake Charles.

Awful service. It took literally 20 minutes to get my beer on a weekday evening. Waters took just as long. Chips were stale for the appetizer (luckily they comped it since our table couldn't even eat them). Food wasn't as good as other locations I've been to & I don't have high expectations for BWW anyway. Extremely disappointed & will not return.

It was my first time there and it was really good. Our waitress was super nice , considerate and friendly. The burger and fudge cake was really good. The only thing that sucked was the nachos appetizer. We barley touched it after tasting it

When you decide to eat at the "wings" place, stick to the wings. I made a mistake of trying their hot dogs. Baaad.

Great stuff. I love the caribbean jerk wings. Hot and came with plenty of carrots and celery. Really good. Service was great. Waitress took good care of us noticing when low on drinks and dipping sauces. Manager stopped by our table to make sure all OK. My only negative was chair back was fingerprinted with saucy stuff all over so we didn't use that chair. Also all trivia consoles were broken. Would have had to use smartphone to play. It is loud in there but it is a sports bar so we were fine with that.

Been a while since I have been in but it's getting better. With FIFA going they have "seasonal" dishes now. Waitress is hilarious and very nice in recommending what to try and what's good. Clean as always and worthy of future visits!

Crunchy Asian zing all flats ! I could eat this everyday. I'm here every Tuesday because of the .50 cent wings. Service is always good and quick ! And waitstaff is friendly. Place is large and dark , perfect environment to chill with friends for drinks!

Went here yesterday afternoon for lunch with my mom who is here from out of town. I'm familiar with and love the other options Lake Charles has to offer but I decided to try something new and take her here. I was really disappointed today. My mom's salad had a lot of bits of brown lettuce and my burger seemed very small for the price and left more to be expected. Hardly received any fries that weren't in little bits. I was still hungry afterwards. The server was ok.. when she was around and we could find her. Didn't see her much. If I'm going to spend money on going out, it won't be here ever again.

Sllloooowwww service! We were there for 1 hour and had 3 glasses of water and coke before our food finally came out. They didn't know which table it went to, mixed up table numbers, strange. I really was not impressed with the place. The wings were wonderful. Floor looked dirty. My table was too close to other people. I moved it over myself since I felt like I was sitting with strangers. Tv tv & more tv's. I ordered the steak burger, waiter had to bring out lettuce tomatoes & onion because he never asked me what I wanted on it when I ordered. It was ok, 2 thin patties with chopped beef on top. A side of onion rings were $5 and there was about 7 total. overpriced ,Won't be back.

We have done take out and we have also dined in. It's like a hit or miss with this place, you can either get fresh wings and horrible sauces, or good sauces and old wings. Fresh wings are rare here though, I have gotten lots of very cold (and with wet breading) wings! Kind of insane! I'm pretty sure they fry the fries in the same grease as the wings, the fries taste like burned cigarette butts. The drinks are good, strawberry lemonade. I can't deal with somewhere where the good is only good 15% of the time...why go? Money should not be spent here unless it's on drinks.

It's a guy's place. Sports on every TV. It was loud and crowded. As far as food, the Parmesan Garlic wings I got were actually very good. Our waiter was moderately attentive. (A butterfly not a bumble bee.) Overall, I'd go again but maybe at a not so busy time (if that's possible).

This place is very dirty. The staff is not very attentive. Food is what you would expect from a BWW. The rhai curry wings are DISGUSTING! taste like flower and curry powder. Never got my carrots and celery. The staff just communed at a single table while we tried to flag our server down to get a refill and a knife to cut my burger since i have an injured hand

Came here today to eat lunch around 1:30pm and was seated promptly by the hostess but the service was slooooow. They didn't even bring any silverware with our food and had to track down our waitress because she was MIA the entire time. Finally had to flag another waitress to get a silverware. She didn't come back to check on us. She never offered to see if we needed drink refills until it was time to leave. At least my Asian zing wings were delicious.
